CUFCE-Amorsolo Foundation, Incorporated is a unified organization operating in unison with other social service agencies, non-profit corporations and associations. CUFCE help U.S. citizens and immigrants achieve their American dream of a better life.
To help poor and working parents, CUFCE operates Infant Care Centers, Pre-School and Day Care Facilities in conjunction with Pathways, Inc., Crystal Stairs, Inc., CALWORKS, CALEARN, Federal Block Grants, Beverly Hills Resource Corporation and the Beverly Hills RC School.
CUFCE is organized under the Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation Law for public and charitable purposes. CUFCE is under the Internal Revenue Service Tax Exempt Status 509(a)(1); DLN: 1705306022002 and the California Franchise Tax Board Code Section 23801(d). It is registered with The State of California Registry of Charitable Trusts.
The Secretary of State of California issued his stamp of approval on August 23, 2001 with the corporation I.D. No: 2318990.
It is registered as a Non-Profit Institution by the Los Angeles County Registrar/Recorder with Registration No: 04-0904885 dated April 14, 2004.
The operational funds of the CUFCE-Amorsolo Foundation, Incorporated are intended primarily for social services. These are:
- Free day care services to single parents with low income
- Free hot meals to selected individuals and groups
- Scholarships to create employment opportunities such as the CUFCE-credential evaluation and research services
These funds come from The United States Department of Education, The United States Department of Agriculture, The State of California Department of Education, The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Social Services, donations from private foundations and from people like you.
Mission Of CUFCE
- To insure that all immigrants who are educated in their country of origin are given the best tools for faster integration into the United States of America society.
- To help you achieve your American dream of a better life.
- To help you obtain the United States equivalency evaluation of all of your studies and specialized work experience.
- To help you work towards the completion of the needed requirements to obtain a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree per the guidelines set forth by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.
- To give you the knowledge that three years of specialized work experience is equal to one year full-time university credits for immigration and employment purposes only.
