The goal of the ICS-CALIFORNIA collaborative Graduate Certified program in Business Administration degree programs is to provide the academic tools necessary for Managers to direct their organizations with sound applicable knowledge and business skills anchored in the acquired e-learning system. The Masters degree is seen as a strategic mechanism to promote advanced management competence of its holders.

Course setting:

Basic business knowledge will be assumed through your demonstrated prior managerial experience.

Curriculum:
The following ICS-CALIFORNIA collaborative Graduate Certified program in Business Administration degree courses are be taken by all learners unless ICS has granted certain transfer of credits or exemptions on the basis of existing professional credentials and exposure:

  • Core Business: Select only six (6) course units from the available eight (8) course units designated as generic core business.
  • Option: Select only one option from the available three (3) options.
    • One: Comprised of five (5) course units designated as Leadership Option
    • Two: Comprised of five (5) course units designated as Project Management Option
    • Three: Comprised of five (5) course units designated as Strategic Management Option
  • Final Project paper
