Overview:
The goal of the ICS-CALIFORNIA collaborative Certified program in Business Administration degree programs is to provide the academic tools necessary for Supervisors, Team Leaders, Managers and Administrators to direct their organizations with sound applicable knowledge and business skills anchored in the acquired e-learning system.
Objectives:
Motivated adult learners who graduate from the ICS-CALIFORNIA collaborative Certified program in Business Administration degree programs are equipped with a knowledge of business theories, policies, and procedures and are prepared to take a responsible position within the world of business. The program refines a motivated adult learner’s commitment to personal values and business etiquette excellence as well as professional competence. The principal objective is to prepare motivated adult learners for a wide range of managerial positions in business and government or other public service organizations. The curriculum is designed to give learners a firm practical foundation in all possible aspects of business related principles. Upon successful completion of the program, learners will have acquired applicable knowledge and skills in the fundamental business and management perspectives.

Certified program in Business Administration [CBA] with a general Orientation

- General Orientation [60 hours] to be selected from the Electives; and
- A Final Project Paper
